Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Support the VP of Finance with financial policies, procedures, and controls

Perform general ledger reconciliations and assist with month-end/year-end close

Analyze financial performance and provide insights to leadership

Coordinate and manage audits with external auditors and internal teams

Oversee AP/AR processes ensuring timely and accurate posting

Audit and monitor inventory control processes for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods

Prepare detailed inventory reports and reconcile physical counts

Ensure proper inventory valuation (FIFO, LIFO, etc.) in line with GAAP

Leverage the ERP system to improve financial and operational efficiency

Maintain accounting system data integrity

Support financial analysis, reporting, and special projects

Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory standards
