Responsibilities
Guide multiple technology initiatives and lead engineering teams working on distributed and full-stack applications
Partner closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver resilient, cloud-based platforms
Champion modern engineering practices, continuous learning, and innovation across the organization
Mentor engineers, contribute to internal and external technical communities, and foster a culture of technical excellence
Support the design and delivery of systems that enable secure, scalable, and compliant solutions
Leverage a broad technology stack including modern programming languages, cloud services, container platforms, and data technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 6 years of professional software engineering experience
At least 1 year of experience working with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
4 or more years of experience leading and managing engineering teams
Preferred
Advanced degree in a related field
Extensive experience (9+ years) with one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, Scala, Go, or Node.js
Hands-on background in big data platforms and distributed computing technologies
Experience designing and operating large-scale data pipelines and machine learning systems
Familiarity with industry-standard ML frameworks and tools
Proven leadership experience guiding teams delivering machine learning or data-driven solutions
Strong background in open-source technologies and Agile development methodologies
Deep experience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices
