Responsibilities
Defining, planning, and delivering business, operational, and technology initiatives with a strong emphasis on ERP systems and enterprise process transformation
Ensuring project outcomes meet the highest quality standards, with clearly defined scope, measurable business benefits, and alignment to ERP and process‑improvement objectives
Directly managing all aspects of the ERP project life cycle, including requirements gathering, solution design coordination, configuration oversight, testing cycles, deployment, and post‑go‑live stabilization
Rigorously managing scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed‑upon time, scope, and cost constraints, particularly across complex ERP modules and cross‑functional business processes
Defining and tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on overall status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership
Collaborating closely with internal business partners, external vendors, system integrators, and functional SMEs to ensure ERP solutions meet operational needs and support long‑term scalability
Anticipating and mitigating project risks related to data migration, integrations, change management, and business process impacts
Tailoring project and delivery processes to meet the unique needs of ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization efforts
Managing change requests to ensure ERP system changes deliver maximum business value while maintaining system integrity and governance
Leading meeting preparation, facilitation, decision documentation, and follow‑up actions across functional and technical workstreams
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree, preferably in Business, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
Strong project management and planning experience, with demonstrated success delivering ERP or large‑scale enterprise system projects
4–5 years of project management experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives involving ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday, or similar)
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, analytical, problem‑solving, influencing, prioritization, decision‑making, and conflict‑resolution skills
Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders, understand business processes, assess needs, and manage expectations through clear and effective communication
Demonstrated ability to mobilize and motivate teams, set direction, resolve conflicts, and hold team members and vendors accountable for deliverables
Experience with Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery frameworks as applied to ERP enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms
Ability to execute effectively with limited information and navigate ambiguity common in ERP transformation environments
Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to understand end‑to‑end business processes and how they map to ERP functionality
Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all organizational levels
Preferred
CSM and/or PMP certification is a plus
ERP‑related certifications or experience with system integrators is highly desirable
