Responsibilities
Lead and execute the global sales strategy across all regions and channels
Own revenue targets, pipeline performance, and forecasting accuracy
Build, coach, and scale high-performing regional and enterprise sales teams
Drive new business acquisition while expanding and retaining key strategic accounts
Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to align go-to-market execution
Establish disciplined sales processes, CRM governance, and performance metrics
Identify opportunities for pricing optimisation, upsell, and cross-sell
Provide clear, data-driven reporting and insights to executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a VP of Sales, Head of Sales, or Senior Sales Leader
Background in manufacturing, industrial, or complex B2B environments
Demonstrated success leading large, distributed sales teams
Track record of delivering sustained revenue growth and exceeding targets
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, contract negotiation, and strategic accounts
Comfortable operating in global, matrixed organisations
Highly commercial, data-driven, and hands-on leadership style
