SR Legal Operations & Transformation Program Manager

Responsibilities

Identify and implement process enhancements and automation opportunities within legal operations. Support the standardization and documentation of procedures across the legal team
Build and maintain operational dashboards to track program performance, legal spend, compliance metrics, and initiative progress. Prepare regular updates for leadership and stakeholders
Serve as a liaison between Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance, and external vendors. Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure project success and stakeholder alignment

Required

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant work experience in legal operations, project management, or compliance
Or, advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience in legal operations, project management, or compliance
Experience supporting legal functions in billing, litigation, or compliance-related domains

Preferred

Experience working with legal technology tools such as ONIT, CounselLink, Anaqua, Navex, or equivalent platforms
Familiarity with Sunshine Act/Transparency reporting, litigation operations, and legal billing systems
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across workstreams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across legal, business, and technical teams
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset
Prior experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, medtech, or pharmaceuticals is a plus
