Program Coordinator II

Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret occupational safety data (incident reports, near-miss events, audit findings, exposure metrics)
Identify trends, leading indicators, and emerging risks to proactively inform safety strategies
Develop dashboards and reports to communicate safety performance to leadership and stakeholders
Benchmark organizational safety performance against industry standards and regulatory requirements
Draft, edit, and maintain SOPs, SPPs, manuals, and technical guidance documents in alignment with OSHA and other relevant standards
Translate complex safety data and regulatory requirements into clear, concise, and user-friendly documents
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of all safety-related documentation
Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical content
Establish and oversee a structured process for SOP/SPP creation, review, approval, and revision
Maintain a centralized repository of controlled documents to ensure version control and compliance
Train employees on the use and application of SOPs/SPPs to promote consistent safety practices
Monitor regulatory updates, industry best practices, and technological advancements in occupational safety
Provide recommendations to leadership on policy adjustments, training needs, and risk mitigation strategies
Support incident investigations by providing data analysis and documentation expertise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from appropriately accredited institution and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
