Responsibilities

Lead and grow a local outside sales team : Hire, train, mentor, and retain top talent
Coach for success : Provide deskside coaching, ongoing training, and foster a culture of accountability
Drive personal sales : Maintain and grow your own book of business while supporting team performance
Create and implement sales strategies : Develop account plans and market expansion strategies
Expand client relationships : Build strong partnerships with decision-makers and hiring managers
Collaborate with recruiting teams : Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated for successful candidate delivery
Track performance : Use metrics and dashboards to measure team and individual success
Exceed goals : Drive new placements, revenue growth, and gross profit targets

Required

Proven experience in staffing sales and/or managing a sales team in the technology staffing industry
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and building client relationships
Ability to train and coach salespeople in prospecting, cold calling, consultative selling, and job order qualification
Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to customer satisfaction

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
Recruiting experience in staffing industry is a plus
