Responsibilities
Support all phases of the project lifecycle including planning, scope definition, execution, and delivery
Track project progress, deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues; escalate as needed
Develop and maintain project tracking tools, templates, and status reports
Coordinate with NYC Health + Hospitals departments, city agencies, and external vendors
Assist in planning and conducting trainings, including preparation of training materials
Provide on-site support during project implementation and oversight
Support operational planning, reporting, and invoice/budget review
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of program or project management experience in a Healthcare Facility/Setting
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Oracle experience (highly preferred)
Experience with implementation projects
Bachelor's degree preferred
NYC area residency preferred
