Responsibilities

Ensure orderly flow of traffic, deliveries, and vendor operations across the 36-acre facility

Collect delivery fees and vendor payments made at the gatehouse

24/7 monitoring of farmer and vendor operations to prevent disputes, vandalism, and theft

Monitor market operations including sanitation, safety, security, and fire alarm reporting

Facilitate daily unlocking and locking of retail Market Shops

Support data collection for tracking commodities entering the market, daily vendor/farmer stall rental verification reports, and traffic counts

Required

High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience in fees collection, record keeping, and/or writing receipts

Experience working with the general public

Ability to utilize office equipment and other technology (software and systems) to meet work needs

Ability to understand issues, identify problems and opportunities to determine the appropriate course of action
