Responsibilities

Leverage sourcing systems to find best in class opportunities

Provide full transaction support throughout the M&A process

Work directly with the firm's resources to negotiate and close acquisitions

Screen transactions to ensure time is maximized and avoid unfinanceable deals

Reduce the time to scale searches by utilizing established search infrastructure

Provide advisory support post-transaction and access to team members and consultants

Qualification

Required

Seasoned professionals that have experience operating a business in a leadership role with P&L responsibility in a large company, and leading teams or engagements as a consultant or similar capacity

Our model requires a strong entrepreneurial drive and an even stronger desire to be the leading officer of acquisitions ranging anywhere from $20M-$80M in enterprise value

Prior consulting or operations experience with interest in running your own company
