Responsibilities
Coordinate both daily and long-term staffing and scheduling needs across various healthcare units and specialties
Develop and maintain master schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation and coverage
Efficiently manage staff resources to address shortages and operational challenges
Utilize Kronos and Clairvia systems for scheduling, staffing adjustments, and workforce management
Communicate effectively with staff and leadership to resolve scheduling issues and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator or Scheduler in a healthcare setting
Hands-on experience with Kronos and Clairvia systems
Ability to support staffing for multiple units or specialties
Strong attention to detail, particularly in scheduling accuracy and payroll processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
