Lead and deliver roadway and transportation infrastructure design tasks, serving as a key technical contributor and task lead across multiple projects for state and local transportation agencies
Develop and review roadway geometry, plans, and design documents to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, supporting high‑quality, constructible solutions
Conduct site reviews and inspections of transportation facilities, verifying design intent, construction quality, and adherence to project requirements
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, contributing to staff development and fostering a culture of continuous learning and design excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
Licensed PE
15+ years of experience
