Responsibilities
Lead the technical vision for the team, aligning with company goals and driving strategic outcomes through innovative data solutions
Oversee the design and implementation of high-throughput data solutions, ensuring that they are scalable, efficient, and capable of powering critical operations
Partner with teams across AI, ML, analytics, and other departments to enhance and expand our search platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organization
Establish and uphold high standards for data quality, governance, and system integration; addressing complex distributed data challenges with robust solutions
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and collaboration
Balance and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives while maintaining high standards of technical excellence
Champion the technical design, development, implementation and support of web stack and big data applications including extending its capabilities applications using existing and emerging technology platforms
Qualification
Required
5+ years of industry experience developing software, with a proven track record of solving complex product challenges and delivering impactful solutions
Outstanding coach and mentor, with a talent for developing high-performing teams and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
Strong commitment to software quality, with a history of building reliable, high-uptime systems that meet and exceed performance expectations
Ability to translate business needs and product requirements into well-defined projects, taking a hands-on approach to solution design, implementation, and execution
Thrive in a collaborative environment, working effectively with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and ensure cohesive execution
