They are seeking a senior attorney to help establish the foundation and operational playbook for their new New Jersey office, combining high-level legal work with leadership and operational impact.

Responsibilities

Help launch and lead the firm’s New Jersey personal injury operations

Build and document SOPs, workflows, templates, and standardized processes from intake through resolution

Develop quality benchmarks and communication protocols for attorneys, case managers, and paralegals

Manage a reduced personal injury caseload to stay close to the work while focusing on systems

Handle client intake, evaluations, discovery, pleadings, negotiations, and litigation as needed

Work closely with firm leadership to align NJ operations with firm-wide best practices

Train, mentor, and support staff as the New Jersey office grows

Serve as the primary liaison between the NJ office and national leadership
