3+ years of law firm experience with an Am Law, leading regional or boutique firm

Demonstrated experience in commercial construction transactions and/or commercial contracting for power, energy and/or industrial clients

Experience drafting, reviewing, red-lining and negotiating agreements and managing RFP processes

Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school

Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Licensed to practice law in Georgia
