National Account Manager
Nter Talent is partnering with a globally recognised consumer goods manufacturer to recruit an experienced Account Manager – Costco Global. This high-impact role is responsible for managing the Costco account, driving distribution growth, and executing commercial strategies across North America and international markets.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies with Costco
Manage tactical sales execution in partnership with brokers
Build compelling selling stories using syndicated data and customer portals
Track KPIs, promotions, opportunities, and demand forecasts
Build strong relationships with Costco buyers, regions, and senior stakeholders
Lead cross-functional sales projects, timelines, and deliverables
Support customer and segment mapping initiatives
Influence CRM and sales technology adoption across the sales lifecycle
Provide analysis and reporting to support leadership planning
Share competitive insights and support trade shows and post-event analysis
Qualification
Required
5+ years' direct experience managing and selling to Costco
Strong experience working with brokers and global stakeholders
Hands-on experience with syndicated data platforms (e.g. Nielsen/IRI)
Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
Commercial and financial acumen, including exposure to P&Ls
Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
