Specific focus on Business and Operations, Change Management, Process Mapping, Training, and Team Coordination
Ability to develop an integrated project plan across multiple workstreams and drive project delivery from it
Ability to synthesize large volumes of data and results/reports into actionable recommendations for client stakeholders
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively cross-functionally and with an executive level audience
Ability to influence and build consensus across disparate groups
Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Active Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or Agile certifications)
10+ years of Program and Project Management experience
Ability to develop an integrated project plan across multiple workstreams and drive project delivery from it
Ability to synthesize large volumes of data and results/reports into actionable recommendations for client stakeholders
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively cross-functionally and with an executive level audience
Ability to influence and build consensus across disparate groups

Preferred
Master's degree is a plus and will be considered
Any experience leading a large non-profit organization on critical PMO and change management initiatives is a plus
