Responsibilities
Lead the workstream optimization and rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot for an End User Services IT team
Build a communication channel to define and tackle each outcome
Determine mandatory training and tailor communication and training to help employees adopt Copilot Chat
Track engagement to ensure license retention
Create a full 360 digital assets support model for the tool
Qualification
Required
Advanced Change Management Expertise - Proven ability to design structured, measurable change journeys (e.g., ADKAR) using tools like Mural
Experience rolling out an AI product and leveraging generative AI for communication personalization and optimization
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship strategies, and behavioral change campaigns
Experience creating inclusive learning programs tied to business outcomes
Technology Fluency in Complex Digital Enterprise Solutions - Strong understanding of enterprise platforms such as M365, Zoom, Windows 10/11, virtual environments, and device management
Several years of experience with multi-channel communication and change management strategies
