The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and modernizing enterprise data pipelines that support the HR Analytics ecosystem, requiring strong hands-on experience with Informatica, Python, and SQL.

Required

6–8 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering / Data & Analytics

4+ years of recent experience with Informatica

Experience with Informatica Administration

Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and transformation

Advanced SQL skills (data validation, optimization, complex transformations)

Experience with data warehouse / data lake design and data modeling

Hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets

Strong understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks and enterprise data pipelines

Ability to work independently and hit the ground running

Strong fundamentals — candidates must demonstrate real hands-on expertise (no resume-only experience)

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Preferred

Experience migrating from Informatica to modern data stacks

Exposure to AI/ML technologies, including model tuning or LLM integrations

Experience conducting Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)

Experience with HR data models or People Analytics

Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or similar)

Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms

CI/CD experience (GitLab, Jenkins)

Familiarity with collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
