Responsibilities

Design and implement integration solutions for EMS applications and platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define integration strategies
Develop and maintain APIs, middleware, and data exchange mechanisms for EMS systems
Ensure compliance with EMS regulations and cybersecurity standards
Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for integration components
Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and training materials
Provide L2/L3 support for integration-related issues and assist in upgrades and patches

Required

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in system integration within EMS or energy domain
Proficiency in integration technologies (APIs, ESB, middleware) and programming languages (Java, Python)
Experience with EMS hardware interfaces, communication protocols, and system architecture
Strong understanding of SDLC practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred

Experience with GE Vernova EMS platforms and related integration frameworks
Knowledge of IEC/CIM standards, market communication protocols, and cybersecurity compliance
Familiarity with cloud integration and virtualization technologies
Background in performance optimization and high-availability system design
PMP or equivalent certification for project coordination
