Business Development & Marketing Associate
DRRT is a global law firm specializing in investor loss recovery and related advisory services. They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Marketing Associate to support outreach to institutional investors, focusing on business development, client relationship management, marketing execution, and event coordination.

Responsibilities
Support the Director of Business Development in developing and executing strategic growth plans targeting custody banks, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, asset managers, and other institutional investors across the U.S. and Canada
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and refine outreach strategies
Educate potential clients on DRRT’s services, value proposition, and industry-leading capabilities
Coordinate introductions and manage outreach processes to secure meetings with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
Track business development activities, pipeline progression, and key metrics to ensure consistent follow-up and reporting
Serve as a first point of contact for inbound client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams (legal, operations, etc.) to provide timely and accurate responses
Strengthen client relationships by ensuring a high level of service and proactive communication
Assist with onboarding new clients and ensure a seamless transition to internal teams
Assist in creating high-quality marketing materials, client presentations, newsletters, articles, and online content to support business development efforts
Maintain the firm’s brand voice and ensure consistency across all public-facing materials
Support the development and distribution of thought leadership pieces and market updates
Help plan and organize DRRT’s annual conference in Frankfurt, including speaker coordination, sponsorship management, logistics, and attendee communications
Coordinate domestic and international client roundtables, roadshows, and other events—from concept to execution
Work closely with external vendors, venues, and partners to ensure seamless event delivery
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in business development, client relations, marketing, or event planning—preferably within the financial or legal industry
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
Strong understanding of financial markets and institutional investor landscape
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
