Responsibilities

Serve as a technical point of contact for internal and external customers, assisting with integration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Collaborate with global teams to ensure the successful execution of AI data projects

Write, debug, and optimize Python scripts to support data processing workflows

Work with large datasets and annotation tools to facilitate AI and machine learning projects

Document technical processes , solutions, and customer feedback to improve workflows

Assist in testing and validating AI model outputs to maintain data quality

Required

Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, or scripting

Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred

Experience with Linux and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc)

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data annotation tools

Previous remote experience
