Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies
Act as a notary
Manage residential real estate transactions
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns throughout the transaction process
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing and completing Closings and knowledge of the Escrow process and procedures
Possess Notary Public certification or the ability to obtain it
Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions and compliance requirements
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on effective communication and relationship building
Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Proficiency in using relevant industry software and tools is a plus
Additional certifications in escrow or real estate are a plus
