Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise-level applications using Pega 8.x, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and platforms
Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate complex business requirements into functional and scalable Pega solutions
Implement and customize Pega Smart Disputes framework for financial services and payment systems
Develop and maintain integration components with external APIs and enterprise systems
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to Pega best practices
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of hands-on experience in Pega Platform implementation, with strong expertise in Pega 8.x
Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is mandatory
Proven experience in implementing Pega Smart Disputes framework
Strong knowledge of database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres)
Experience in integrating Pega applications with external APIs and enterprise systems
Domain expertise in financial services, payments, or credit card processing, with understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Exposure to Pega LSA concepts or willingness to grow into an architect role
Knowledge of cloud deployment models and DevOps practices
