They are seeking a Community Outreach Manager to drive referrals and awareness for their IOP and PHP programs throughout Iowa.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to increase referrals and program census across IOP and PHP services
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and community partners throughout Iowa
Network within local and regional markets to generate awareness and build referral pipelines
Attend leadership meetings, community events, and professional conferences to represent the organization and promote services
Collaborate closely with the Admissions team to ensure smooth referral transitions from inpatient settings into the PHP program
Track outreach metrics, analyze results, and report on referral trends and growth opportunities
Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for all company programs and services

Required

Previous outreach or marketing experience in the substance use, behavioral health, or non-profit healthcare company
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, referral processes, and patient transitions from inpatient to outpatient levels of care
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
Self-starter who thrives on autonomy, relationship-building, and measurable results
Willingness to travel throughout Iowa to expand program reach and support new clinic openings
