VDart BPM is seeking a UCaaS Discovery & Migration Analyst responsible for supporting the migration of Unified Communications services to Microsoft Teams. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, document configurations, and ensure a seamless transition.

Responsibilities

Conduct discovery sessions with internal teams to gather requirements and assess current RC/RC Contact Center configurations

Document call flows, auto attendants, user profiles, integration, and API dependencies

Review and complete Business Requirements Documents, Letters of Agency, and user upload templates

Collaborate with RingCentral project managers to define migration scope, timelines, and resource needs

Identify risks and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies

Assist in porting number coordination and user provisioning

Serve as the point of contact for discovery-related communications between Assured Partners

Coordinate with Contact Center administrators, IT support engineers, and API owners to ensure readiness

Maintain status reports and discovery logs

Provide regular updates to project leadership and escalate blockers as needed
