Systems Technician

Responsibilities
Manage service intake via email and the client portal
Conduct basic troubleshooting for non-complex issues within single-user system environments
Document troubleshooting activities accurately within the ticketing system
Support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed
Adhere to established client support documentation
Qualification
Required
Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or obtainment of A+ and/or O365 Fundamental or equivalent on-the-job experience
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification
Valid driver's license required
Preferred
Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of service-related experience
Basic infrastructure and troubleshooting skills
