Responsibilities
Build and maintain websites for political and advocacy projects (roughly 20% of the job)
Prototype digital tools, data visualizations, and interactive features that help campaigns communicate
Collaborate with designers, writers, and strategists to turn ideas into polished digital experiences
Manage hosting, domains, and launches with an eye for stability and craft
Experiment with new technologies (AI tools, automation, analytics, creative workflows) to make our work smarter and faster
Take ownership of technical decisions across a wide mix of projects
Qualification
Required
Curiosity about politics, media, design, and tech
Clear writing and critical thinking
Experience building things for the web. Your tools are your choice
Comfort moving between disciplines and learning on the fly
Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical teammates
A track record of shipping work that's thoughtful, functional, and well-crafted
Preferred
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other development tools
APIs, automation, analytics, data pipelines, or lightweight engineering
AI tools for design, content, or technical workflows
UX, prototyping, or creative coding
