Responsibilities
Face-to-face customer support acting as a technical expert
Team leader to help strengthen the team in our US office
Qualification
Required
Previous experience working directly with customers
High level knowledge of embedded engineering
Pre- and post-sales customer support
Technical knowledge of VPX and its ecosystem for deployable ruggedized systems
Technical knowledge of Linux, Windows & VxWorks
Embedded System assembly and integration
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
Confident in presenting and interacting with customers
Collaboration
