The role involves leading secure OT network design, asset protection, and implementing cybersecurity best practices aligned with industry standards.

Responsibilities
Lead design and deployment of OT cybersecurity solutions globally
Oversee end-to-end OT security lifecycle including:
Secure remote access
Network segmentation (macro & micro)
OT IDMZ design & enforcement
Implement proxy integrations, internet restriction policies, and legacy asset protection
Deliver infrastructure security including routing, switching, zoning in hybrid IT/OT networks
Architect secure AD domain structures for OT environments including:
Domain controller hardening & placement
AD trust model strategy
Mitigation strategies for patch-restricted legacy systems
Develop segmentation strategies aligned with:
ISA/IEC 62443
NIST CSF
Purdue Model
Standardize security tooling, governance, and architecture across global plants
Influence executive and operational stakeholders to drive adoption of cybersecurity best practices
Provide high-quality security documentation, architecture blueprints, and governance frameworks
Actively manage technical debt and balance risk with operational continuity
Strong leadership with the ability to assert, influence, and gain alignment across Cybersecurity, IT, OT, Operations, and Site Leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication — from executives to plant technicians
Proven success in production, regulated, and legacy-integrated industrial environments
Qualification
Required
You must provide comments confirming experience with Claroty / Nozomi — otherwise automatic rejection
10+ years in cybersecurity or network infrastructure
5+ years hands-on with OT security platforms: Claroty, Nozomi, or Ordr
Experience integrating OT tools with: NAC: Aruba / Cisco, Firewalls: Checkpoint / Palo Alto, Identity-based security controls
5+ years focused in OT / ICS environments
Strong knowledge of OT vs. non-OT device classification
5+ years designing & implementing Network + OT security architectures
3+ years leading implementation of global OT cybersecurity programs
Strong leadership with the ability to assert, influence, and gain alignment across Cybersecurity, IT, OT, Operations, and Site Leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication — from executives to plant technicians
Proven success in production, regulated, and legacy-integrated industrial environments
