Territory Sales Manager
Slide Insurance is a company driven by innovation and a strong culture of collaboration. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance agencies, achieving sales goals, and developing strategic sales plans while collaborating with internal departments.

Responsibilities
Achieve new business, written premium and loss ratio goals by effectively managing assigned portfolio of insurance agencies via in person sales calls
Analyze sales statistics to assist agency distribution in reaching business growth potential
Collaborate with internal departments to develop strategic sales plan for assigned agency distribution
Negotiate and monitor yearly new business commitments to reach individual assigned plan
Increases agency engagement by improving the percentage of quoting and producing agencies within assigned portfolio
Gather competitive intelligence, analyzes the company's position, and recommends appropriate course of action
Monitor the performance of markets (revenue, profit, and membership) and adapt priorities accordingly
Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of a High School diploma and pertinent work experience is required
5+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry required
Active Florida 2-20 General Lines Insurance License required
Proven knowledge of the property & casualty insurance industry, its products and services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service
Ability to effectively interact with both internal and external business partners
Ability to analyze sales driven data and develop sales strategies with supporting data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make presentations to internal and external groups
Solid time management skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently, effectively prioritize schedule and multi-task to meet business objectives
Proven ability of how to position products against competitors
Proficient in other MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Professional Insurance Designations such as CPCU, CIC, is preferred
