Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing samples, and tracking inventory
Support outreach efforts to prospective and existing clients, including follow-up emails and calls
Help manage and update sales and product materials (presentations, price lists, catalogs, etc.)
Contribute to the planning, creation, and scheduling of content for social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages or comments when appropriate
Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
Create, edit, and schedule posts, ensuring content is on-brand and engaging
Track social media performance and provide insights on engagement and reach
Research and recommend social trends, hashtags, and campaign ideas
Support the sales team with marketing materials, presentations, and client outreach
Engage with followers and respond to inquiries on social media platforms
Willing to be flexible during work hours when necessary
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or similar design tools a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Strong interest in social media, content creation, and brand storytelling
Basic knowledge of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including boxes, supplies, and equipment
Passion for food and familiarity with pastries or baked goods is a plus
Availability to travel as required to attend shows
College degree
Knowledge of French/appreciation of French culture
Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing and or sales experience
