Responsibilities

Manage the monthly global consolidation process across multiple legal entities
Review and reconcile intercompany activity, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Partner closely with regional controllers and finance teams to collect, review, and validate financial data
Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements and internal reporting packages
Maintain, enhance, and optimize consolidation processes and financial systems
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve workflow efficiency
Support external audit and tax compliance processes as needed
Take ownership of data integrity and consistency across reporting systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
4–12 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally with multi-entity consolidation exposure
Strong technical accounting and systems skills
Ability to manage and organize complex, multi-entity financial data
Manage the monthly global consolidation process across multiple legal entities
Review and reconcile intercompany activity, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Partner closely with regional controllers and finance teams to collect, review, and validate financial data
Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements and internal reporting packages
Maintain, enhance, and optimize consolidation processes and financial systems
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve workflow efficiency
Support external audit and tax compliance processes as needed
Take ownership of data integrity and consistency across reporting systems
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large, complex data sets
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

CPA preferred
Strong financial systems experience (NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or similar tools preferred)
