Qualification

Required

3+ years of litigation experience in ANY of the following areas: Construction Litigation, Premises Liability, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, General Liability, Product Liability, Catastrophic, Medical Malpractice, Transportation, Professional Liability, Auto, Wage & Hour
Pre-trial experience
Strong research and writing skills
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
Licensed to practice and in good standing in New Jersey

Preferred

Additional licenses in PA or NY
