Responsibilities
Support development workstreams including site control, permitting, interconnection, and offtake
Conduct market and site analysis to identify new project opportunities
Work with team members to assist with financial modeling, due diligence, and preparation of term sheets and NDAs
Help coordinate engagement with utilities, data centers, and hyperscalers on offtake opportunities
Maintain project trackers, schedules, and internal reporting tools
Coordinate across internal teams and partners to ensure smooth project execution
Qualification
Required
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2–7 years of relevant experience
Deep interest in energy, AI, finance, and natural gas-fired power plant development
Demonstrated ability to build productive and collaborative internal/external working relationships
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Willingness to travel as necessary
Preferred
Experience in supporting project development documentation and financial/economic analysis is desirable
