Home Chef is the leading meal solutions company with both a retail and online presence. The Boxing Associate role involves working night shifts to assist in the boxing process of meals while ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

A successful Boxing Associate will have a positive attitude, reliable transportation, and willingness to move between tasks when needed
Strong attention to detail while picking meals throughout the boxing process
An ability to visually inspect produce
An ability to stand for long periods of time
An ability to lift less than 50 pounds
A willingness to work in a refrigerated environment for the entire shift (34-36F) - you are encouraged to dress for the cold!
There is a 2 day orientation, starting at 7:15am. Both days require active participation and attendance. Once you join the team, there is a strict 2-week onboarding window where you will be expected to be present and on-time every scheduled work day
We follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and all of our associates are required to keep our customers safe
