Litigation arising from the acquisition or disposition of commercial real estate
Business Litigation
Matters may span a broad range of issues involving:
Contracts
Trademark & copyright
Partnerships
Antitrust
Oil & gas
Securities
Professional liability
Trade secrets & non‑competition agreements
Defamation
You will be expected to run and manage cases independently, with support when needed
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in Texas
4+ years of real estate and/or business litigation experience
Strong academic credentials
Must be able to independently manage cases and communicate effectively with clients
Must work 100% on-site in Dallas
Benefits
Semiannual bonuses , tied to hours
Annual requirement: 1,800 hours
