Responsibilities
Speak and brief at an Executive level, working with 10-15 Team leads and 3 Project Managers. Manage large multi stream programs and projects. (User interface, test/development, training, and some AI integrations)
Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Responsible for multiple work efforts of any size, from minimum complexity system/customer impacts to greater complexity system/customer impacts
Adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budgeted hours, adheres to high quality standards, and meets ISSM expectations
Monitors project plans, assignments and work efforts on a daily basis. Ensures resource needs are assigned appropriately and escalates functional, quality, timeline issues
Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans to meet the needs of work effort
Responsible for leading the project from inception to final business acceptance and implementation
Mentors other project leads and participates in the training and development of staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of job-related work experience or 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate's degree in any major
7 years' IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 4 years leading multiple concurrent project teams
Familiarity and comfort with running very large scale projects
Ability to speak and brief at an Executive level
Experience managing large multi stream programs and projects (User interface, test/development, training, and some AI integrations)
Adherence to project management processes and methodologies
Ability to monitor project plans, assignments and work efforts on a daily basis
Experience tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans
Ability to lead the project from inception to final business acceptance and implementation
Experience mentoring other project leads and participating in the training and development of staff
Proficiency in Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Teams, etc.)
Authorized US Worker required (US Citizen, Green Card, EAD)
