Responsibilities

Lead and enhance Identity & Access Management (SSO, MFA, Active Directory, IAM tooling)
Build and deploy automation integrations across security and IT tools using Python, Bash, and similar scripting languages
Design and implement enterprise-level security solutions supporting risk reduction and security maturity
Develop and manage countermeasures for known threats and design preventative strategies for emerging risks

Required

5+ years in Identity & Access Management, authentication, access control, and logging/reporting systems
5+ years of automation scripting (Python, Bash, etc.)
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, frameworks, and best practices
5+ years with Linux, Windows, and network security protocols
Experience supporting large-scale IT environments or enterprise system deployments
Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, or related field OR 8+ years of hands-on relevant experience in lieu of degree

Preferred

SIEM analysis and reporting
Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, CSF, CJIS, IRS 1075, CMS MARS-E
Background in Application Security (AppSec)
CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, OSCP, GPEN, or vendor SIEM/logging certifications
