Responsibilities

Lead agile teams as both Product Owner and Tech Lead to design, implement, and optimize NetSuite and Brightree solutions, organizing feature backlogs and release schedules

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and solutions

Maintain clear communication channels across departments to gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and drive continuous improvement

Analyze user and system data to identify trends, validate solutions, and address issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables

Develop and maintain technical and product roadmaps, supporting platform enhancements and strategic initiatives

Facilitate sprint planning, execution, and demos, utilizing agile ceremonies and tools to measure team performance

Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, cybersecurity, SOX), and maintain documentation for audits and reviews

Provide direct management for assigned team members, including conducting routine performance evaluations, providing coaching, setting work direction, and performance management

Mentor and guide direct and indirect team members and stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence
