Director of Revenue Enablement

Responsibilities
Define and own the global revenue enablement strategy aligned with company growth objectives, GTM priorities, and revenue targets
Identify, prioritize, and scale enablement initiatives supporting new logo acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and expansion motions
Align enablement strategy with evolving buyer behavior, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape
Define and lead partner enablement strategy aligned to indirect revenue goals
Ensure partners can effectively position and sell MSSP, Consulting, and IAM solutions across target segments
Influence GTM strategy by translating revenue data and field insights into actionable recommendations
Define success metrics and ROI expectations for all enablement initiatives
Act as a strategic advisor and partner to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations leadership
Design, build, and scale a comprehensive enablement framework that certifies GTM roles supporting revenue growth
Develop and continuously evolve onboarding programs for Sales, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success teams
Create role-based enablement and learning paths aligned to role readiness and progression
Build and manage certification programs tied to performance and career progression
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure consistent, differentiated positioning across solutions and buyer personas
Establish closed-loop feedback mechanisms between the field, Product Marketing, and Product teams
Create and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, and execution guides
Operationalize product launches, pricing changes, and new offerings through structured enablement programs
Ensure enablement content is current, easily discoverable, and embedded within sales workflows
Own and optimize enablement tooling including LMS, CMS, CRM enablement, call coaching, and sales intelligence platforms (e.g., MindTickle, DocketAI, Enablix)
Define and manage enablement processes across onboarding, product releases, and ongoing field readiness
Partner with Revenue Operations to integrate enablement into core revenue systems and workflows
Deliver and oversee live, virtual, and on-demand training programs globally
Enable frontline and second-line managers with coaching frameworks, tools, and best practices
Identify skill gaps across roles using performance data, call analysis, and field feedback
Design and deploy targeted training initiatives tied to measurable performance outcomes
Reinforce learning through ongoing coaching, reinforcement programs, and field application
Define, track, and report on enablement KPIs including ramp time, win rates, deal velocity, quota attainment, and renewal rates
Continuously optimize training and enablement programs based on data, feedback, and business outcomes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, sales operations, or GTM leadership
5+ years in a leadership role supporting enterprise B2B sales organizations
Proven ability to build and scale enablement programs across global GTM teams
Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, multi-product portfolios, and partner-led motions
Experience owning enablement technology stacks and integrating with CRM and RevOps systems
Data-driven mindset with experience tying enablement initiatives to measurable revenue impact
Exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication, and executive presence
Preferred
Experience in cybersecurity, MSSP, managed services, consulting, or IAM strongly preferred
