Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance

Build, coach, and inspire a technical team, fostering accountability, engagement, and growth
Champion environmental responsibility, safety, and quality standards
Qualification
Required
7+ years of leadership in manufacturing, including maintenance, engineering or operations management
Proven success leading plant turnarounds and driving measurable performance improvements
Strong technical skills in maintenance analysis, TPM, predictive tools, and reliability programs
A people-focused leader who develops talent and builds high-performing teams
Preferred
Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Process)
