Responsibilities
Lead billing, revenue, and AR processes within Zuora
Perform journal entries for AR and revenue recognition
Support upcoming go-live for Zuora (currently not live)
Build and customize reports, dashboards, and data views
Manage user setup, permissions, and system configuration
Execute configuration work within the Zuora application to support integrations
Troubleshoot system issues and streamline workflows
Act as the internal Zuora SME as the platform scales
Support MuleSoft integrations tied to Zuora
Configure Zuora for integration with additional internal systems
Partner with engineering/IT on new builds and integration architecture
Work closely with Finance, Revenue, IT, and Product
Help stabilize the Zuora environment and ensure data accuracy
Provide hands-on support for both near-term projects and long-term roadmap
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue
Highly technical—comfortable with integrations, configuration, and system logic
Strong understanding of AR, revenue recognition, and billing operations
Has implemented or optimized Zuora in prior roles
Preferred
Background in consulting, implementation, or systems integration is ideal
Experience with MuleSoft or similar iPaaS tools
Prefers working onsite and collaborating directly with the team
