Customer Success Engineer
Simplex is a company focused on maximizing customer value and performance. The Customer Success Engineer will manage customer accounts, optimize performance, and support onboarding for top companies, while also becoming a product expert and driving results through collaboration with the team.
Responsibilities
Accurately onboard clients onto the platform
Continually monitor dedicated accounts and make optimizations (bids, budgets, segmentation and overall ROI) to facilitate best performance and consistent improvement, budget fulfillment and overall client retention quarter over quarter
Become a product expert and influence the product roadmap
Provide appropriate product suggestions on a client-by-client basis
Minimize churn by enlisting all available corporate resources to solve problems & drive results
Prepare and conduct regularly scheduled trend and metric reviews with clients
Resolve technical, product and account issues as they occur
Accurately document all relevant activity in Salesforce
Qualification
Required
Current Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation by May 2026) from a top school
Demonstrated interest in data / analytics
Willingness to learn and utilize SQL
Very adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced team environment
High level of natural curiosity to challenge the status quo
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without employer sponsorship at any time now or in the future
