Lead the design of new and rehabilitation bridge projects
Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules
Oversee contract bid documents and construction-phase services
Coordinate with subconsultants and internal design teams
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualification

Structural design experienceLicensed Professional Engineer (PE)AASHTO LRFD knowledgeMDOT project experienceConcrete design proficiencySteel design proficiencyCivil Engineering MSLeadership skillsMentorship skills

Required

12–20 years of experience in structural design
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Maryland
Strong knowledge of AASHTO LRFD bridge design
Experience with MDOT projects
Proficiency in steel, reinforced concrete, and prestressed concrete design

Preferred

MS in Civil Engineering
6+ years leading design engineers or drafting teams
