They are hiring an Infant Assistant Teacher to support children ages 6 weeks to 15 months by providing responsive, nurturing care and assisting with various developmental activities.

Responsibilities
Support the lead infant teacher in providing responsive, nurturing care
Assist with feeding routines, bottle prep, diapering, and safe sleep practices
Help maintain infants’ individualized schedules for feeding and sleeping
Engage babies through talking, singing, reading, and floor-based play
Support early motor development through tummy time, crawling, and movement
Observe and help document developmental milestones (rolling, sitting, babbling)
Provide comfort during transitions, separation, and moments of distress
Maintain a clean, safe, and calm classroom environment
Follow all infant care, health, safety, and EEC policies
Communicate with families alongside the classroom teacher
Work closely with your teaching team to ensure consistency and care
Qualification
Required
Can work full-time hours, between 7-5:30 pm
Occasional evenings or weekends for training or special events
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Ability to sit, bend, squat, kneel, and lift infants safely throughout the day
Can lift to 50 pounds
Preferred

Are calm, patient, and attentive to detail
Enjoy routines, structure, and consistency
Work well as part of a close-knit teaching team
