Sales Excellence Intern
Tactile Medical specializes in developing at-home therapy devices to treat chronic conditions. They are offering an internship for students to gain professional experience and contribute to meaningful projects within the Sales Excellence team.

Responsibilities
Work independently and collaboratively with the Sales Excellence team on projects to drive continuous improvement
Shadow key stakeholders and local sales team members to understand the sales role and synthesize optimal experiences
Capture insights and leader feedback to identify what is important for the sales team to improve data outcomes for selling opportunities and efficiencies
Based on insights, analyze Salesforce data inputs to identify common trends and support recommended improvements
Collaborate with others in Sales, Marketing, and IT to develop recommendations
Present project work, experiences, and learnings during final week of internship
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program as a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, and/or similar related degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Strong academic track record (GPA of 3.0 or above)
Able to commit to the full 11-week internship program (weeks of 6/1/26-8/10/26)
Able to work 40 hours per week on a hybrid schedule in Minneapolis, MN
Preferred
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and others); comfortable with numbers
Salesforce experience
