Graphic Designer
Confidential company is seeking a Graphic Designer responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that support brand and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The role focuses on hands-on design execution and involves collaboration with cross-functional partners to deliver engaging, on-brand creative that aligns with marketing, eCommerce, and sales goals.

Responsibilities
Design engaging creative assets for email, SMS/MMS, organic and paid social media, web, and digital advertising platforms
Develop on-brand layouts for email and web content aligned with promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and evergreen initiatives
Create platform-optimized assets for channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media placements, including short-form motion content
Maintain visual brand consistency while supporting the evolution of creative styles and formats across digital and print
Manage design projects from brief through delivery, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and production best practices are met
Collaborate with cross-functional partners, incorporate feedback efficiently, and apply performance insights and trends to continuously improve creative output
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of graphic design experience
Strong understanding of digital design for email, social, web, and paid advertising
Familiarity with paid social and display ad specifications across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience building or editing email templates
Basic understanding of SMS/MMS creative best practices
Ability to design and edit short-form motion content
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Experience in eCommerce, retail, or consumer-facing brands
Familiarity with Shopify or general eCommerce UX principles
