Responsibilities
You’ll create and update program and project schedules using Primavera P6
You’ll integrate contractor schedules and fragmented networks (fragnets)
You’ll generate summary and lookahead schedules, key milestones, and baseline variance reports
You’ll coordinate with other schedulers to analyze compression opportunities and identify problem areas
You’ll ensure adherence to Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), global codes, and templates
You’ll publish schedules in PDF and other formats to designated locations
You’ll integrate Primavera P6 data with other platforms, such as K2, SAP, and IBM Planning Analytics
You’ll support change management processes and perform routine QA/QC checks on schedules
You’ll provide scheduling insights to project managers to resolve issues proactively
You’ll attend project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of direct or relevant experience with a degree or 4-6 years of direct or relevant experience without a degree
Experience supporting projects or portfolios valued at less than $1M
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with power or electrical utilities is highly desired
Strong communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences
Strong interpersonal skills for working in both one-on-one and group settings
