Review and assess complex tax issues arising from corporate transactions, restructurings, or investments
Evaluate legal opinions, tax memoranda, and advice from law firms or accounting firms
Draft bespoke tax insurance policy wording tailored to the specific risk
Liaise with insurance brokers, law firms, tax advisors, and corporate clients
Work closely with M&A teams, corporate lawyers, and tax professionals to meet tight transaction deadlines
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of tax law experience
Preferred
Experience working with RWI or Tax Liability Insurance
